Early Majority is an outerwear brand with social and environmental consciousness at its core. On this project I worked on a digital marketing video, plus research and development for the customer purchase journey.
We looked into the customer experience of it's digital product, and ways to reduce customer friction through simplyfying the purchase journey.
One of the routes was to create an Early Majority Shopify site to compare the user experience of buying a product.
I prepared comparative user flows on purchase journeys between Early Majority and competitors to present to stakeholders. This identified strengths and weaknesses in the E-commerce model.
Membership models, sorting and filtering, click verifications and guest checkouts were measured to balance and benefit user and business interest.
I was also tasked with creating an online marketing video with footage and creative direction by co-founder and head of product Hanna ter Meulen.
